Front Body & Heart Opening Flow


Surya Namaskar C, also known as Chandra Namaskar can be a useful salutation when looking to open the front body, thus creating more free and expansive backbends. This flow practice will build off of the traditional salutation and give way to a more non-traditional approach. We finalize our practice with forward folds, core work, and some twists, giving this practice the full circle it deserves.
